| The tower has a ring of six bells. In the past a curfew bell was rung for the five winter months from 8 pm to guide any travellers lost on the surrounding moors. There is a keen team of ringers who ring regularly for services. Their practice evening is Friday. New members are welcome. | Bell ringers |
