Present church plan Present day church plan

The present church has remained largely structurally the same since the 16th century additions, though there were major internal changes made during the Victorian 'restoration' in the 1890s.

The box pews were removed and replaced with the present bench pews.

The rendering inside was removed, though there are still faint traces of the original painted plaster pictures.

Most of the information about the church has been obtained from an excellent talk given by the Revd Paul Burbridge and the plans showing the church's historical development have been based on a sheet given out at this talk.
